How do I exchange a product?

To change a size or a product, please place a new order on the webshop for the item you want to switch to. Return the item you do not want to keep according to the instructions described in Returns & Refund Policy

Please note that you cannot exchange or return individual items included with the Pregnancy Pillow or Nursing Pillow. If you would like to make an exchange, you will need to exchange the entire unit (inner pillow, cover, pebbles, and bag).
