When will I receive a refund?

As soon as we receive and process your return, we will reach back to you and issue you a refund. When a refund is issued, you will automatically receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it could take between 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed once received.

Once you receive a refund confirmation it could take up to 14 days for your refund amount to appear on your banking statement.
