How do I use a gift card?

Want to surprise your loved one with bbhugme and let them choose their preferred color of the pillow kit? Our gift cards can be used for the bbhugme Pregnancy and Nursing Pillow kit. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your card token which can be used by the receiver of the gift. How to use the gift card:

1. Choose product on www.bbhugme.com
2. Add product into shopping cart
3. In the check-out section, enter your personal code from your bbhugme gift card into the discount code box.

Please mind the following: Returns of gift cards: in the event you would like to return a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the credit card/bank account used for the purchase. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Our 30-day trial & return is still valid for purchases made with gift cards. However, the refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account used for purchase of the gift card.

Credit: In case you have credit left on your gift card after a purchase, the gift card can be used again for another purchase. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping/tax/VAT: same rules apply for purchases made with credit card and gift cards. 

Lost/stolen: bbhugme is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen or used without your permission
