How do I return a product?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy with orders placed directly with bbhugme, valid from the day you receive your order.

1. Send us an email at hello@bbhugme.com with your name and contact number, as well as your order number. Please also include the following information:

a) Product condition. If the product is unused, please confirm that it is unused/unwashed and if it has the original labels and packaging. If you’ve tried out the product and are unhappy with it, please let us know if it’s been used. 

b) Reason for return:

• Did not meet my expectations
• I changed my mind
• Other (please explain)

We will then reply to you with instructions on how to return the product and provide you with a prepaid return label.

2. Please return the product to us following the instructions you receive. 

3. Please note that returns can take up to 2-4 weeks for shipping, processing, and for customers to receive a refund on their account statement. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

If a product has been damaged beyond what is expected through the normal use within the 30 days we may not be able to offer a refund. This will be evaluated once the product has been returned to us and inspected.
