How do I exchange a product?

To exchange a product, please place a new order on the web shop for the item you prefer. Return the item you do not want to keep according to the instructions on the following page Returns & Refund Policy 

Please mind that we do not accept returns of individual items within the pillow kit. To exchange the product, you need to return the whole pillow kit including the inner pillow, cover, pebbles and the travel bag.
